Marshal Davis
Marshal is a Managing Partner at White Oak PE, LLC where he oversees a portfolio of companies in the home services, manufacturing, and consulting industries. He runs and co-owns Beyond Blue Pools and since their start in 2013, has grown the company to a seven-figure home service business, branching into both maintenance and construction services. Additionally, Marshal runs Huffman Manufacturing, an import/export and manufacturing company that produces as well as sources various electric motor equipment, construction materials, and bulk commodities.
Prior to starting White Oak, Marshal developed a broad base of business experience, including financial services, oil and gas, chemical trading, and distribution.
Marshal is actively involved in Providence North Community Church, a young church plant in their community. He is also a board member of HOPE International Houston Board, an organization that helps men and women in 17 developing countries start their own businesses and work themselves out of poverty. He lives in The Woodlands, TX with his wife, Amie, and their 2 daughters.
David Neuenschwander
David Neuenschwander is a consummate entrepreneur and investor. Born and raised in Houston, David began flipping houses when he was 19 years old. After graduating with a B.B.A. from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2006, he returned to the Woodlands area where he founded and now operates a nationwide Search Engine Optimization marketing company and a local swimming pool maintenance, repair and remodeling company.
In addition to his businesses, David is also a seasoned real estate investor. Over the last 13 years he’s bought, renovated and sold more than 30 properties, both single and multifamily, and his current rental portfolio includes a mix of single family and commercial properties. He has experience self-managing properties as well as contracting third party management companies and he’s a member of the Houston Apartment Association, an affiliate of the Texas Apartment Association and the National Apartment Association.
Over the years David has volunteered with organizations benefiting the local homeless community including Hope Beyond Bridges and a number of soup kitchens. He currently serves as an elder and in other various capacities at Providence North Community Church. He currently lives in The Woodlands, Texas with his wife Jennifer and their 3 children.
